Chen Hejiang is from Sichuan. At the age of 28, he ventured out alone, seeing mountains, rivers, and the sea, as well as experiencing various aspects of life. He accumulated rich experience in the civil engineering and landscaping industries, and ultimately chose to take root in steel structures, growing up together with Haixu Steel Structure for two years. In these two years, not only is the distance between my hometown and Xuzhou more than 1500 kilometers on the map, but also the taste difference between the ground pot chicken and the hot pot. More importantly, it is the distance between dreams and reality, which is a loyal love and perseverance in my heart.

Before joining Haixu, at the age of only 26, you had extensive work experience. What was the reason why you chose to join Haixu

"It's also a kind of fate to join Haixu. I am interested in steel Structural engineering and have been engaged in related industries for many years, because my family taught me to do what I am good at. Based on these points, I finally chose to join Haixu Steel Structure."
